A Breakfast Recipe

Put frozen mango, mandarin orange segments and papaya into your blender. Add two big spoonfuls of strawberry yogurt and enough orange juice to make a smoothie. (If you're over 40 sprinkle in some Benefiber.) Whir for awhile!
