Ideas for displaying photos in dorm room

Hi. I'm going to college soon and I am trying to find some cool, unique ways to display pictures of my friends in my dorm room. I like DIY Cardboard Hipster Frames (http://photojojo.com/content/diy/diy-ca … re-frames/), but I want to do something else along with them. Anyone got any cool DIY ideas for displaying photos?

What about the corkboard idea - http://photojojo.com/content/diy/cork-b … oto-frame/

I love my Sony A350.

i have mine arranged, in a line 4 photos thick, which is one big loop which flows from the wall up the roof and then back onto the wall. Its extremely effective and the second anyone walks in they look around and spiral the circle, its so visually appealling. Mind you. Its about three hundred photos worth.

In our first house, I hung a curtain rod on my living room wall and hung photos from it in those light weight plastic, frameless picture frames (which I still adore!) using ribbon (looping it from the curtain rod and stapling it onto the back of the picture frames at different lengths) and different sized frames. I recieved so many compliments on it! I should do it again!

There are some previous threads on this topic with some good ideas. I looked a little and found:

Thanks for posting those Tufteach. I don't hang enough of mine or my daughter's photos, and I need to. We have a lot precariously balanced on mantles, but that's it. I actually have a very bare wall that would be so perfect for one of these set-ups.

Would you believe I don't have any  of mine hung?! I/ve had intentions of doing so, but have not gotten to it. Maybe this winter when stuck inside more.

Came across this in a magazine.  Now if I only had a blank wall! The plexiglas could be easily removed and the photos changed.  I also think it would work with all black & white photos, different sizes.

i had something like that a few years ago, but it changed to this, superdewa, what i was talking about in my last post.

Im halfway through adding another row, and refitting some that have become unstuck.

very cool Flipperm.
I've got a bunch of the Photo ropes that PJJ sells up in my place. I need to change out some of the pictures for newer stuff.
I also need to scan the negs and show you folks the new stuff.
