Suggest improvements for the above poster's photography (new)

I took Amit's advice and decided to tweak the rules on this a little.

I think this would be a great way to get feedback from other photographers on your photography.

Here's an example of how this 'game' works:

Poster A:
Starts the topic.
Posts a picture.

Poster B:
*Looks at Poster A's picture*
I think you should try a faster shutter speed to eliminate camera shake.
*posts their own picture*

Poster C:
*Looks at Poster B's picture*
I think you should try to avoid aiming your camera directly at the sun when shooting pictures of airplanes
*posts their own picture*

Hopefully that's straight forward enough. Onwards!
Here's my shot which I want feedback on.

Cool! Here it is- I like this shot, it's a cool piece! I would suggest to leave more room for the tiger on the right side. He shouldn't be cut off. Also, I'm not sure if it's my screen, but the top looks way over exposed- maybe it's just the light.
How long are these supposed to be?

Here's my shot:

It'd be nicer if the symmetry ran straight across the centre of the image - and maybe this would be good as a portrait image too?

How about posting the Flickr URL for all the photos posted, too?

You can also do that, Amit suggested this so I went with that. The top isn't over exposed, it's the light xD I didn't want the tiger in the center, but thanks for pointing that out.

Charliem: I like your photo, but that one flower looks kind of lonely, I think the shot would have looked better if there were a few more flowers along with that one.
