Mathewery: You can't upload them here you need to upload them somewhere else (like flickr, or photobucket or any other file sharing page) and then you can post them here, by using the photo's .jpg address in between the tags [img][/img].
If you're using Flickr, for exemple, clic on the photo you want to publish, right click and choose the size, then right click again and use the "copy image address" then you put it here.

Here's a picture I took at the markets last year. I don't have many of food, but all these pictures look so tasty, I'm gonna have to keep the camera next to the oven from now on!
